Check out this newly published paper that I co-authored with my dad, Rolly Rimando of the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology. In this study, we mapped and determined the kinematics of the Central Mindoro Fault to evaluate its role in accommodating deformation due to the complex interaction between the Philippine Sea Plate and the Sunda Plate, and to estimate its associated seismic hazards.
